Schoolarships & Awards

The School provides scholarship to meritorious students [first 5 position holders in primary and first 4 position holders in middle and senior classes] carrying a cash prize, books and certificates.
Concession in fee to the deserving poor students and wards of freedom fighters and staff.
LPS-Giribala Pant Meritorious awards are given to the first three position holders of the Xth Board Examination. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-, 4,000/- and 3,000/- to 1st, 2nd and 3rd position holders respectively along with a medal and a certificate.
LPS-Giribala Pant Means cum Merit Award are given to meritorious students from EWS, one each from class II to X. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-, a medal and a certificate.
LPS- Gp. Capt. R.P. Sharma Young Mathematician Award carrying a cash prize of Rs. 4,000/-, a medal and a certificate are given in three categories: junior, middle and senior.
LPS-Vivek Kaushik Student of the Year award is given to one student each year carrying a cash prize of Rs. 5000/ -, certificate and a trophy.
The school also gives away Mrs. Champa Devi Most Regular student Award in three Categories: junior, middle and senior. The award consists of cash prize of Rs 500/-, a medal and a certificate.
The topper of the Xth Board Examination is also awarded “C D Tripathi Memorial Award”. Selection is based on academics and other parameters set by school from time to time.
School has instituted two awards for Most Popular Student teacher’s choice and students’ choice.
The school also gives away all rounder awards in three categories junior, middle and senior.
Long term service awards are also instituted by the school, which are given to teachers and staff in recognition of their selfless service to the institution. They are given on completion of 5, 10,15,20,25..... years of service.
