• A copy of the Registration form is enclosed with the Prospectus, registration can also be done online.
• The following documents must be sent along with the Registration form:-
  
  • A passport size photograph of the candidate attached firmly to the upper right hand corner of the form.
  • copy of the same photograph attached firmly to the right hand corner of the Admit Card for the Assessment / Admission Process.
  • An attested duplicate copy of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
  • Photocopy of the progress report for the examination last appeared.
  • Registration form duly completed is to reach the School office by last date mentioned at the time of procuring the form.

Step wise process for admission [online/offline]:

• Fill the Registration Form online at www.lpsnainital.edu.in with a valid mobile number, email address and all other information filled correctly.
• Submit the form online alternatively you can submit the form offline take a printout of the completely filled registration form.
• Registration Fee is Rs. 1000/- [Rs. One Thousand only]
• For submitted form pay registration fee online in below mentioned account no. and name or send a DD in favour of Long View Public School, Nainital payable at Nainital mentioning registration number and name of the candidate and class.

For offline submission make a Demand Draft in favour of Long View Public School, Nainital payable at Nainital.


• Submit the printout of registration form along with the relevant documents and the demand draft in the school office during school timings [Mon to Friday 9.30am to 3pm & on Saturday 9.30am to 1pm] and collect the acknowledgement slip.
• The school will email a softcopy of the admit card for the evaluation test for online submitted forms. Please use this Application No. for all further reference/correspondence with the school.
• Please ensure that your child appears for the evaluation test with a hardcopy of the admit card.
